Main bedroom of the house with ensuite bathroom available in a three bedroom house with large shared kitchen with in-built stove, three-plate stove and oven, refrigerator, toaster, and kettle.
Large washing line available to the tenants to share.
It is the first time we renting out the space so there are nobody occupying the space at the moment. My partner and I will work out the house rules with the first person who takes the main bedroom.
About the roomies
My partner (Rachel) and I (Roux) are living at the back of the property. We have our own private entrance to our living quarters. We will negotiate the house rules with the three tenants and help them to maintain good relations. I am a Community Minister of the Unitarian Church in Cape Town and work from home. I am the owner of the property. Rachel is home most days too. We a quiet couple in our 50’s who will always do our best to make your stay at our property as pleasurable and comfortable as possible.
