Hi. We have a new 12 bedroom guest house situated on a Guava farm in East Paarl. Each room is 30m2, en suite, complete with a double bed, study desk, flat screen tv, airconditioner, wifi, has solar panels and back supply(load shedding does not affect us), and has a communal fully fitted kitchen. We would like mature students, post grad if possible.. there is a swimming pool, braai facilities ..etc and so much more
