I have a 2 bedroom apartment. You’d be staying in the 1 bedroom. the complex has secure parking, biometrics entrance, cameras and security located in Randburg, Ferndale. there is a gym on site. Has wifi. all utilities are included in the rent.

I am a very clean person and I like to keep to myself. I take cleanliness seriously and believe in maintaining a tidy living environment. I greatly value a shared space that is clean, especially in common areas like the bathroom and kitchen. I also believe in respecting each other’s property and expect the same from my flatmates. A clean and respectful living space is important to me and I would appreciate someone who shares these values.
