I am currently searching for a FEMALE roomate in a partially furnished apartment.

The cost per month is R4000. The initial fee of R5350 for first month’s rent and non-refundable key& card deposit and once off maintenance levy .

The rent includes the apartment, water and uncapped wifi. Electricity is prepaid, which we can split the bill. The complex is, San Ridge Village in Carlswald which is secured and well mantained. It’s walking distance from both Carlswald Shopping center and San Ridge Square and transportation is easily accessible if you use public transportation. There’s ample parking if you drive. It has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. If you have lounge furniture, that’s fine we can move things around so both our things can fit. The kitchen is fully equipped, but you’re welcome to bring dishes, pots etc.

The apartment itself as been recently renovated and is in spectacular condition. Available for occupation on immediately. I’m looking for a clean, neat, friendly but non-invasive roomate. Please don’t be excessive with drinking and bringing guests over and noise insensitive or inconsiderate.
