2 Bedroom apartment on the first floor of a fairly new development. Situated in a safe and tranquil part of Rondebosch, with easy access to riverside walkways to nearby shops and shuttle stops.

My flatmate is moving out unexpectedly (got accepted at MIT), so I have a vacant room.

The room comes with optional furniture (bed, bedside table, desk), a great view of the mountain and its own bathroom.

Our kitchen already has the basics, and the lounge remains furnished.

We also have an off-street parking bay.

I don’t mind covering internet (fibre with UPS for loadshedding), but water and electricity is unfortunately not included.

Hey, I’m Daniel (23M) I’m a software developer for an agri-tech startup, and I work from home.

I enjoy cooking and playing games in my free time, and I spend most of my weekends with family in Stellenbosch.

We’ll be teaming up to keep things clean, but I don’t mind doing more than my share (convenient way to take work breaks). I usually get someone in to do a deep clean once every 2 weeks.

I’ve spent the last few years sharing living spaces with minimal drama (apart from a squirrel invasion at my previous place).
