Complex is Fish Eagle View next to Modderfontein Reserve. Unit over looks the reserve with a decent size balcony and braai. Often able to hear wildlife such as owls, Jackals, Fish Eagles and few others. Access is available into reserve via estate which is great with the Fourways Farmers Market 1km away. There are gym facilities included rent and pool area. Also have an inverter and gas utilities, load shedding not such a big deal.
About the roomies
I am 34 single male. Very easy going but also rigid in routine and cleanliness:) I enjoy days at home but also being out adventuring, I value peace rather than chaos and am fully sober but still no how to groove when the moment calls. I love plants and have a few;)
