Songo's room

Corner house situated in an Enclave on Gie Rd Table View. 2 friendly dogs with own room and have access to the house and own room. There is a braai area and garden area. Clothes can be hung on line outsiude. House is equipped with washing machine, dish washing machine and alarm system. Double garage with own single parking available. Deposit and 1st month rent to be paid on day of moving in. Rental to be paid at the beginning of each month. 3 month minimum stay. 1 month notice required from either party for changes to original agreement. Water, cleaning and electricity costs split. Cleaner comes twice a month. Yard cleaning company comes once a month. Refuse removal on Wednesdays. The room itself has more than enough cupboard space and has a double bed and curtains only, therefore partially furnished.

I live alone with my 2 dogs. I am a young professional, working as an engineer. I enjoy sharing my space and making conversation. I also do respect other peoples spaces. From Monday to Friday the, I’m hardly at home because of work but on weekends I mostly take time to recharge by resting.
