Hi there, I’ve got a room available in the Honey Hills area, Roodepoort, at Horizon Towers. There are built in cupboards including all amenities, including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, stove. The room has immaculate views of the kloofendal nature reserve. There is also a backup power supply for the fibre during load-shedding, that lasts up-to 9 hours. There is a bath with shower, and separate toilet bathroom. The apartments are close to both Princess Shopping Centre, West Gate and Clearwater. There is parking for one more vehicle, the room is not furnished. Since it’s late I’ll reduce the rent to R4000, but deposit stays at R4000. Only people with sober habits to be considered. Preferably white, male. Can make exception for professional females too. Ages: 26- 38.

You’ll just be staying with myself. I’m a creative and I work from home. We will share in the home duties, I don’t have issues doing more than my share to keep the kitchen clean, as i am home most days.
