A full housekeeping service is provided with weekly linen changes. All utilities included. The house is defended against loadshedding iro lights, TVs and WiFi by a 3KVA inverter system. Hot water is solar heated. WiFi operates throughout the house at 350 mbps. Minimum letting period is 3 months and references are required.
About the roomies
We have both singles and couples currently staying with us for at least 3 months. We have a very relaxed environment with very good shared spaces and a lush garden with swimming pool
