The flat is a two-bedroom with one and a half bath, the bathroom is shared and the other is for visitors. The complex has security, and parking available at an extra charge, and has a pool and braai facilities. Rent excludes sewerage and water which are metered and billed in arrears, as well as electricity which is prepaid.
