Townhouse to share. I am looking for a single person who would like to live and share the amenities in my townhouse which is in a secure complex in Quellerina (next to Northcliff). To lease, I have an unfurnished bedroom with ample cupboard space and a small work area/office as part of it. Altogether 16 square metres of space.
It would suit a mature person/professional. I would prefer a non-smoker.
Internet Access
The complex has been cabled with fibre for internet access, but I’m not connected to it yet. If however, the person wants to have their own fibre internet connection installed for their own personal use, they can do so. There is a good signal in the area for LTE/4G & 5G
Shopping Centres
There are numerous shopping centres within a short travelling distance.
R 3500.00 deposit & R3500.00 rent, both payable before occupation.
Thereafter, rent of R3500.00 payable on the first day of each month.
Electricity: Separate bill, R500.00

About the roomies
I am the owner of the Townhouse and the only person living in it. I am an IT Professional / Photographer and mainly work from home.
