Josh's room

Small, quiet gated/secure complex. The townhouse has recently been re-painted and the floors in each room were also replaced with new one’s. There is an outside area for a braai which has a gate leading directly to the complex swimming pool. There is also a park directly across from the complex.

I’m a 47 year old male, not married or with a live in partner and no kids. The room is unfortunately suited for only one person and no kids.
