Large sunny furnished bedroom with en suite bathroom - with shower. Leads onto swimming pool. Access to washing line at the back of the premises. Off street parking available, behind automated gate. Alarm on house, remote will be provided. If damaged or lost, replacement at tenant’s expense. Shared kitchen and living area. Cleaning lady comes every 2 week. Uncapped wifi (UPS so always connected)available, additional R400p/m. Close proximity to UCT, Red Cross Children’s hospital as well as Groote Schuur for students. Close to Rondebosch and Claremont for shopping. Public transport is within walking distance if potential tenant does not have a vehicle. Area is quiet and safe, there is also a public park and Rondebosch Common where you can walk/run if you are a sportsperson.
