The property is situated in a sought after area of Welgelegen, a ten minutes walking distance from Panorama Mediclinic

The room currently available immediately is part of the main house with its own separate entrance and secure parking behind the gate. This room is big enough for either a single person or a couple. You should be able to bring own bed, fridge, TV and washing machine. It provides the privacy that one needs in a secured neighbourhood where you can easily walk to catch public transport, to the nearby spar supermarket and other amenities. We are subscribed to a neighbourhood security watch group connected to District watch through an alarm system. Fibre ready
