Hey all! I am looking for 2 neat female flat mates to join me and my dog in a spacious, unfurnished 3 bedroom duplex apartment/ townhouse with a private garden. It is situated in a quiet, secure complex in the Gardens area, close to De Waal Park. One en-suite room is available for R9000pm and another double room for R8000pm. There is a second full bathroom and a toilet downstairs. A single garage and one parking bay in the complex plus visitors parking! Electricity is not included and the apartment is unfurnished so possibility is that we would need to each contribute some furniture. I am a post grad student so prefer other female post grad students or working professionals in their 20’s. Available 1st April. Deposit is 1.5 months rent (plus 1st months rent) and the lease is for 12 months. Please DM if interested :)
