Room available to move in anytime from May. 6-10 months lease. The room has a big wall wadrobe and you just bring your bed. Preferably someone not working from home, to avoid office rules at home but if they do, we can discuss it.

Rent is R3600 discounted and electricity is R500 per person depending on usage. Deposit is R3500, payable before moving in. Fully furnished, need to come with your own bed and curtain, everything else can be shared. Wifi connected.

• I do read books, so if you are studying, it shouldn’t be a problem.

• Understanding that occasional smoking (Not cigarettes) and social drinking may occur.
