About the room
The townhouse is situated in Arena North, in Rotal Ascot. It is extremely safe - 24h security and access controlled.
In the rent water and wifi is included. Electricity will be split between tenants. If you work from home then you will pay a little more for electricity.
The room has a single bed and a desk, but can accommodate a double bed if necessary.
The house is furnished. Equipped with washing machine, tumble drier and a dishwasher.
Person must be neat and tidy. Especially in communal areas 😊
Unfortunately it isn’t new pet friendly as my 2 dogs are coming down in July. If you have a tiny female breed we can maybe discuss the possibility.
