It is mostly occupied by students, but there are also many young professionals occupying the unit. There is a laundromat in the building, as well as a restaurant underway. Its close to malls, the Gautrain Station as well as the University of Pretoria.

I am a 2nd year Bcom Law student. And as I mentioned there are mostly students occupying the unit. However everyone is respectful of each other’s spaces and the security/staff is very effective in handing any situation you might have.
