The room has a bed (size: double), new mattress, desk, chair, huge cupboards, heating panel and curtains. 12 months rental contract. A shorter rent term than 6 months is possible but at a higher rate. It is obvious that the rent for Feb. 26 is calculated pro rate. Deposit: 1 month’s rent. Fibre internet (100/100 Mbps contract), Kitchen, Bathroom and Court-Yard (with braai) will be shared with the other tenants. Rent includes water, fibre internet but NOT electricity. The communal areas will be cleaned once a week. Off-street parking is available for additional 400 R per month. NO pets, NO babies, only for ONE non-smoking person - sorry, no exception of that.
The house is closed to all public transportation incl. MyCiti-Bus in the area of Old Bisquit Mill / Saltriver Road.
This room was already online beginning of the month. The current tenant then changed his mind and said he will refuse to move out by end of Jan. On the 29th he then told he will move out - you should be more reliable in what you are saying !
The house in CT, Woodstock, will be shared with other tenants. These are all young professionals. The room is bright, has a big window with burglar bars and is quiet. The house is secured with camera and copy-save lock/keys. (49/1)
