Minimum rent 12 months. A shorter rent term is possible but at a higher rate. Deposit: 1 month’s rent. Fibre internet (50 Mbps), Kitchen, Bathroom and Court-Yard (with break) will be shared with the other tenants. Rent includes water, fibre internet but NOT electricity. Off-street parking is available for additional 400 R per month. NO pets, NO babies, only for ONE non-smoking person - sorry, no exception of that.
The house is closed to all public transportation in the area of Old Bisquit Mill / Saltriver Road
The house in CT, Woodstock, will be shared with other tenants. These are all young professionals. The room is bright, has a window with burglar bars and is quiet. The house is secured with camera and copy-save lock/keys.
