The house is very central and close to a variety of shops, restaurants and other businesses. Close to onramps on the N1 to both the CBD and to Paarl.
Looking for a person with sobber habits and permanently employed. Single person occupancy. Must love animals. A non-smoker would be preferred. Unfortunately, on no other pets to be added. 1 Month’s rent required as deposit. Available 1 March 2024
