Large home to share. 1 Bedroom (unfurnished) as well as a garage available in spacious house to share with 2 house mates, 2 super friendly dogs and an attention seeking cat. All amenities available for use including fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, lounge with indoor braai, large swimming pool, Wi-Fi and solar power. Water, electricity and a cleaner twice a month is included.
It is a very peaceful environment in a quiet and safe neighbourhood with guards that patrol the area. The house is very central and close to a variety of shops, restaurants and other businesses. There is easy access to the R300 and the N1 to both the CBD and to Paarl.
Looking for a person with sober habits and permanently employed. Single person occupancy (no dependents). Must love animals. A non-smoker would be preferred. Unfortunately, no other pets to be added.
1 Month’s rent required as deposit. Available 1 May 2025.
About the roomies
3 Housemate max at a time. Only ladies sharing the house with some nutty animals.
