Private room available in a furnished apartment. The flat is in a central location and in a safe and small apartment complex. Rent includes most expenses (wifi, water) and a parking spot. Electricity expenses are excluded and we will split them. Prefer professional / working person or postgraduate student.

I am a 27 year old female and I am currently working. It’s a hybrid job and I spend some days at home and some days in office. I value having a clean, comfortable and friendly shared living environment.
