The room is fully furnished,was used by my 2 year old, you can just bring your clothes, no smoking inside the house if you are a smoker,we prefer someone who is respectful, tidy and pays rent on time please….understand that we share the chores and it is our responsibility to keep the place as clean at all times.

We are a young couple, clean and prefer a quite and peaceful environment. We prefer someone with sober habits,clean and mature enough to pay rent on time with no excuses and be able to create a comfortable space for everyone in the house
