The room is in a 3 bedroom loft apartment located in Sunninghill. Very easy access to the highway, less than 500m from two shopping centres that have all needed amenities (gym, atm, restaurants etc.)
the two rooms downstairs share a bathroom and all share the lounge and kitchen area.
The room available is downstairs, and sharing a bathroom with one other lady.
Rent is R3500 Water is included Electricity and Wifi are paid separately R400 & R260 respectively
there is a bed available in the room as well at an additional cost of R2000 which is negotiable. but if not its not necessary to buy the bed.
There is also the key cost for the gate remote and house key which will total R300
kitchen and lounge area fully furnished bedroom unfurnished
About the roomies
Two ladies living in the apartment, both working during the day. everyone is Neat and cleaning is often a group effort.
willing to share and help where needed but would advise to bring your own cutlery and groceries.
