House in a quiet part of Sun Valley with off-street parking. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and hanging closet. Full main bathroom for use by the tenant only (unless there is a visitor) Large garden - regret no pets as there are already 3 cats and 2 dogs.
