About the room
Its a very spacious bedroom in a free standing 3 bedroom home. The room comes with its own access through the single garage that is also included in the rent.
The bedroom won’t be furnished but all of the shared spaces in the home, living areas and kitchen is furnished. There is a washing machine, fridge, microwave, kettle and a dishwasher.
wifi is included and I have an inverter so even during load-shedding there will be wifi. Also included in the rental is a cleaner once a week.
There is an awesome inside braai area for entertaining guests. The property is 5 min walk from the beach, and in a very safe area of Melkbosstrand which is already safe in itself.
About the roomies
I am a 30 year old professional, I’m in the sales industry and spend most my time on the road. I’m friendly and easy to get along with if you are considerate and respectful of others space.
