The flat is very spacious and modern in its design. It is tiled throughout with Caesarstone countertops and all basic appliances in the roomy kitchen. It is on the third floor in the quietest corner of Greenstone Crest, an already pretty quiet complex with a bistro, gym and pool. Just a stone’s throw from the complex is Green Valley Shopping Centre, and there are many more places to shop in the area. Your room has a private balcony and plenty of storage space. There’s a big living area including a balcony where you can put your choice of potted plants, furniture and even a skottelbraai. The internet speed is 50 Mbps up and down.

I’m a friendly guy and I can be chatty, but I tend to keep to myself and I’m quite a homebody. I enjoy reading, cooking, hiking, and the occasional good series or movie—bring on the recommendations! I don’t mind a cat if you want to bring one with you, as long as it won’t mind me. I moved to Gauteng from Cape Town for work, and most days I’ll be working from home, so I really need this space to be peaceful.
