The street is a cul de sac, and is secured with a Boomgate and a security guard in the evening. The house is located in the historic Observatory district.
15 mins from Melrose Arch and Rosebank 5 to 10 minutes from the airport / Norwood / Maboneng / Hallmark house / Huddle Park / Victoria Yards Golf course within walking distance.

About the roomies
We are 3 working adults:
I am a french expat working in production/media/entertainment
And 2 south Africans ladies & friends. One working in corporate and the other being a PHD Students at Wits.
We are regularly spending time together but we are also take care of having individual space.
