Gilmour Hill

I am looking for someone (preferably female) to share my spacious 2-bedroom apartment in Tamboerskloof. I work remotely and make the most of this, meaning I am only home sporadically, and you will mostly be on your own. When I am there, I will work from home though. Therefore looking for someone very liable and trustworthy with good references.

The property includes: • Room furnished (chair, beside table, bedding) or unfurnished except for bed • Kitchen with microwave, Nespresso machine, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, recycling • Spacious lounge & dining area with sleeper couch and 6 seater dining table • Balcony with seating and views of Signal Hill, Harbour and Devils Peak , and a sliver of Table Mountain • A HUGE private garden with built in braai and garden furniture • The property is fenced, and access is via an electric gate and code • There is only one other apartment above, so very private, and also in a cul de sac • Parking is off street

The monthly rental includes: • Weekly cleaner on a Saturday (most trustworthy person I know) • Uncapped Wi-Fi • Electricity (when Eskom provides 😊) • All cleaning products etc (I do a Checker sixty60 whenever anything runs out which the cleaner accepts on a Sat)

I would consider a 6 – 12 month contact, with 2 months notice period. The deposit would be 1.5 months rent i.e. R12 000. If interested I will require Proof of ID, references, and either 3 months bank statements or payslips for consideration.

I work in Travel and am fortunate enough to work 100% remotely. When I am in Cape Town I will be working from home, but also connecting with friends and family. I love good food and wine, and of course travel. I am very neat and tidy.
