I have a three bedroom townhouse in a small complex slightly off the road therefore it is very quiet. The house has two bedrooms downstairs and an en-suite room upstairs. I would like to rent out the bigger downstairs room, furnished available. You will have use of your own bathroom which might be be used by the occasional guest. The bathroom only has a bath with a spray hose and no shower.

There is a open plan common kitchen dinning area and lounge opening up into a 120m squared garden. You will have use of this space and a covered parking bay. Rent includes cleaning once a week, water, reasonable use of electricity, cleaning once a week, and WiFi (load shedding proof for 6 hours).

I’m a 28 years old Christian female and looking for someone to share my Townhouse with. I’m an occupational therapist working with children. My interest include reading, crafting, climbing, hiking, and walking. I’m organised and introverted and I’m looking for someone with the same values. Would like some company at home and someone to share a glass of wine with but also enjoy my own space.

I have a 6 year old male border collie so you must enjoy dogs. He is trained and well behaved but might follow you around the house 😅 a great companion dog. We are open to a well behaved friendly dog joining us after body corporate approval. Please note, the garden is not massive so any dog will need frequent walks.
