The apartment building (The Claremont, Claremont) is safe with 24 hour security and Cavendish Mall is at walking distance. The room is furnished and has its own bathroom and balcony. The kitchen is shared with 2 other people. There’s also a swimming pool available for residents.

I am Tessa, 21 years old and currently share the apartment with Chelsea, who is also 21. We are both students. We are neat, tidy and quiet and expect the same from the person who’ll be coming.
