The property is situated central in Cape Town and situated on a quiet and safe street 2 blocks from Spar and Checkers and 5mins drive from Canal walk or walking dustance Blouberg beach is less than 10mins drive Our beautiful and naturally tranquil garden boasts a swimming pool and shady chill spot under the patio. Those with green fingers will enjoy playing in the garden which is free of chemicals The master bedroom has ample space to create a desk space for work or study with plenty of cupboard space We do have beautiful ginger cat that loves people but isnt one to cross boundaries or sleep on beds leaving fur behind (food excluded)

ps: a. we happy for the deposit to be negotiable or paid off b. the rent will be R6000 to 7000 for a couple depending on if you work from home or how much time is spent

We are a home of artists. Currently my mom is there during the evenings as she works 5.5 days a week. Myself, I travel a lot so am there intermittently, as is my son. I will soon be moving out permanently
