This is a bedroom available in a 2 bedroom with your own bedroom. The place caters for people who work from home and different professionals. It has a vibrant spirit catering for different personalities. The person moving in should be neat, considerate and able to live with others in peace and harmony - anything else will not be tolerated. For the right person, this will be the right place to be.

You absolutely have to be working (full-time employees) and I have a strict consideration for anyone who would occupy the space, that’s non-negotiable.

I am working and professional person and it is important that I can have someone that fits this criteria. If this isn’t you, that’s okay, but if it is, I would love to chat.

I am not looking for anyone who is rude and obnoxious. If we share a personal space together, we have to be able to live well together. Be friendly, be able to communicate, be polite etc.
