Our complex is highly secured with access control at the entrance, security guards together with patrol security day and night. You can always call upon both security anytime you need help. Our neighbours are friendly and it’s a happy environment to live in. The room available is the smaller one, it’s quite warm in winter.

I live with my budy. He’s quite independent and friendly. He said he does not want older people but I must get younger ones who will understand him. He loves his space, TV & PlayStation very much. He’s a peace guy. Our home is neat but with reservations that I have my budy that gets messy at times. I’m quite busy but I’m home most of the time. We are looking for someone who will fit on in our home, someone light hearted & friendly. Not a neat freak but someone who is just ok & respectful. No drinking in the house. No mob of friends coming over. We are Looking for a Christian, we pray at home but we do not force anyone to be part of our prayer sessions. We prefer that chores are done during the week not weekends especially Saturday. Then we can rest and rewind nicely over the weekend. The rent includes sharing of electricity and water. In the event they are not enough we will continue to share on the increase. We have unlimited Wi-Fi that is also included in the rent.
