About the room

I am looking for a house mate to occupy a bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment. It is a 1 yr lease with water included however electricity we share which is about R400 pm. Security deposit will be required however it’s payable over 2 months. There is an option for unlimited wifi which is R175 pm. Available 1st of June

I am very friendly person with very little expectations. I am not home most of the time for my type of work. Easy person to stay with, someone who’s not a light sleeper because I work night shift Lastly I need someone who has a fridge, the house is already furnished except fridge
