About the room
I am looking for a house mate to occupy a bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment. It is a 1 yr lease with water included however electricity we share which is about R300 pm. Security deposit will be required however it’s payable over 2 months. There is an option for unlimited wifi which is R175 pm.
