One north-facing room available for mature students or professionals in 3-bedroom 1-bathroom flat share, available from 01 February 2023.
Rose Court is a small block, situated just off Main Road, within 3 minutes of walking to various grocery shops (Pick ’n Pay, Checkers, Woolworths), restaurants, coffee shops, gym, and other amenities. It is also very close to UCT and Varsity College.
The spacious first-floor flat is sunny and bright with an enormous balcony perfect for relaxing outside. The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with a hob, microwave, oven, fridge, washing machine, dining table, and chairs. The new bathroom has a walk-in shower, basin, and toilet. It is very safe, with a security gate and burglar bars on all windows.
The rental is R5800 for the North facing bedroom. It comes with spacious cupboards with plenty of storage, and is also large enough for a double bed and a desk. It is cool in summer with a lovely breeze, and sunny in winter.
Rental includes uncapped fibre wifi, water, and a cleaner twice a month. Electricity is prepaid. A secure garage is available for R350 per month. Regrettably no pets allowed.
About the roomies
Looking for someone to replace me on my lease. I’m a medical doctor and student at the University of Cape Town. The other two tenants are male and in their final year of studies at UCT medical school and Varsity College.
