The house is located in Bryanston East close to Hobart Grove Shopping Centre. The rental includes the following: Your large partly furnished private bedroom with a lovely view of the pool. You may bring additional furniture. Unfortunately no pets allowed. The rental also includes a fully equipped communal kitchen with all appliances. A Patio braai area, bar area and swimming pool, uncapped Wi-Fi and a full time domestic. There is a pantry shelf and fridge space for your groceries and perishables. The bathroom is shared. Parking for one car available. We are looking for a professional male of sober habits. Smoking is not permitted in the house. PRIVATE LET - NO AGENTS PLEASE.
