This accommodation is in a quiet neighbourhood in Bellville, a 2 minute walk away from the main road where one can catch public transport. It is equipped with uncapped internet. Electricity and water are included in the rent. Suitable for full-time students attending campus and professionals who work out of the home during daytime work hours.

General Rules: Keep it clean & tidy. No pets allowed. No overnight guests. No alcohol drinking on the premises. Large celebrations/parties only on approval by manager & co-tenants.

The current roomies are young professionals & students. We homeschool during the day so we cannot accommodate those who work from home. We will therefore not accept applicants who have hibrid or remote work.
