INCLUSIVE OF BILLS. Hi! We’re 2 expats (French and British) looking for a cool housemate to join our beautiful fully-furnished house in Parkmore, Sandton. Available immediately for R7,500 per month, plus R2,500 bill contribution (R10,000 fixed monthly total).

The sunny master bedroom is north-facing, with a door that opens onto the amazing garden and pool. The fully furnished en-suite bedroom includes a TV, king-size extra-length bed, bedside tables, desk, wardrobe, curtains, and all linen (bedsheets, duvet, towels, pillows, etc.), and is en-suite with a full bathroom (bath and walk-in shower).

Very secure property with high walls, automatic gate, electric fence, CCTV, and alarm linked to armed response.

6-month commitment preferred, but a rolling month-to-month can also be discussed. R14,000 deposit required.
