The fully furnished bedroom includes a queen-size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, curtains, and all linen (bedsheets, duvet, towels, pillows, etc.). Located just 5 minutes from Sandton CBD, and walking distance to the shops, cafes and parks. Available immediately for R7,500 per month, plus R2,500 bill contribution (R10,000 fixed monthly total).

Very secure property with high walls, automatic gate, electric fence, CCTV, and alarm linked to armed response.
