I am looking to co-lease a beautiful 2 bed one bath apartment on highstead road in rondebosch. It has a small garden, electric fencing, furnished, fibre internet, water inlcuded and street parking available. I would love to take the place and split rent with another mature student or young professional, so we can both make use of the ideal location. It’s situated right in the heart of Rondebosch. The electricity is prepaid and internet is about 350 each which i have included in the rental price of R5500.
