This is a sunny, North facing two bedroom one bathroom apartment in centrally located Lockington House. The property is a five minute walk from the Humanities campus and shops and is very safe. The apartment includes:

• uncapped wifi included in rent
• water included in rent
• one unfurnished bedroom
• small private garden
• in a very safe gated security complex
• conditional off-road parking Please note the electricity is not included and is estimated to be around R300 per person and the room is unfurnished and the walls are currently being repainted. I am also in the process of furnishing the rest of the apartment but if you want to bring some things to add you are welcome to! (the location listed here is not accurate because they didn’t have my exact location but please note the actual location is Stellenbosch Central)

My name is amy, I’m nineteen and going to be a first year BA Humanities student next year. You will only be sharing the apartment with me and my adorable cat chibi🐱 I love gardening, art and iced coffee!
