About the room
I am looking for a flatmate for next year (2nd year and above in 2023, preferably Male) to share a two bedroom flat with me (M20).The flat is in Hofmeyr street in the very sought after Parkview apartment block and is spitting distance from campus.
Apartment is furnished except for the bedroom. Rent includes water and is R6600 Wifi and Electricity is excluded. Lease period is from 1 Dec 2022 to 30 Nov 2023. Unfortunately, it is not NSFAS accredited.
