Great size bedroom and full bathroom to be rented out in Sea point. The property is spacious, light and airy. The house is on ocean view drive which is far enough from the hustle and bustle of sea point but close enough to walk (if you don’t mind walking up hills!). The house has got excellent shared spaces, beautiful kitchen, some views and a pool. Will need to be prepared to share the house with 2 doggies (Boston terrier and a Jack russel).

I’m 40 years old (still think I’m 20) male. I have a career in a corporate and go into the office most days, work from home 1 day a week (sometimes). I’m neat, tidy, and not rowdy (looking for a housemate who is the same). I live alone. I’m more introverted than extraverted and I’m easy to get along with. I’m active so like to be exercising or going for walks in signal hill etc. I am social so will be hanging out with friends over the weekend etc.
