We have 1 room available in our Linden houseshare available immediately!
ALL INCLUSIVE Water, electricity, uncapped WiFi, as well as cleaning and washing twice a week. The shared facilities include a shared office space for #WFH, a lounge with a working fireplace, a large kitchen, a dining room, a stunning sunroom ideal for afternoon beers and G&Ts, and a big pet-friendly garden. Not to mention all the off-street parking.
The house is within walking distance from the newly-built Linden Lanes shopping complex (PnP, coffee shops and restaurants), and two blocks away from 4th Ave.
We are looking for professional and creative digs members (LGBTQIA+ friendly).
Rent is R6218 all-inclusive.
About the roomies
We are young and creative professionals. We are friendly and social; we enjoy cooking and sharing meals, having a beer in the afternoon, or watching Netflix together, but we also enjoy having our private space.
