It’s super spacious with loads of living space, a dining area, a kitchen (washing machine and appliances included) and 1 bathroom (with a bath). There are two large rooms (the smaller one is available) with a BIC, bed and desk. There is one parking spot available in a garage (extra cost). It’s located near Main Road, just outside of Newlands and within walking distance to a mall and close to UCT. It’s a lovely spot if you’re a runner or just want a quieter spot to work.

Hi, I’m Sarah (20 year old, female), looking for a roomie from early 2023. I study online and work as a freelance writer and content producer for a magazine. I love, love, love exploring and traveling anywhere I can so I am often out and about on weekends, whether it’s at a festival, the beach or on top of a mountain somewhere. I stay in Stellenbosch most weekends, so you’d get the place to yourself - or - if you up for a weekend away, you can join me. But, with that said, I do love my down time and am always up for a glass or wine or beer, a movie and takeout.

I am looking for a roomie who is preferably a younger female, is chilled but up for an adventure and is tidy. And someone who doesn’t mind having the place to themselves when I’m out!
