I’m 25 y/o. Im friendly and work/study a lot. Not the best cook though I must confess. But I’ve got two or three signature dishes I’ve perfected. I’m clean and quiet. The complex is very quiet, you can hear birds chirping in the morning. There is a clubhouse with a pool and tennis court if you want to host people. No pets allowed. We’ll have a balcony area with a great view overlooking Sandton. The place is mostly furnished just your bedroom that doesn’t have furniture.
