Room available in a Townhouse in The Vines security complex (Heritage Park) in Somerset West. You will have your own parking spot - visitors parking is VERY scarce here. The townhouse is fully furnished, but you will need to furnish your room as it only has a cupboard and provide your own food/meals :). A Queen size bed fits in comfortably. There is a shared bathroom with both a shower and a bath available. Water, Electricity, Gardner (once a month) and Fibre/Wi-Fi are included in the rent. We can talk about cleaning services as an additional cost that we split.

My name is Jenna and I am a 30-year-old female working from home. I am super chilled, I don’t throw massive parties or generally have people over and at night I’m usually on the couch watching series. I have two old cats, so you need to be cat friendly. Unfortunately, there is a 2 pet limit, so we can’t have any more pets live here. I am looking for a super chilled professional person who also isn’t into throwing massive parties at home (I don’t mind a friend coming for a beer or a glass of wine etc.) This will be a shared space, so we need to be able to trust and respect each other and each other’s space.
