This is a centrally located fully-furnished apartment in a tree-lined area. Garden and mountain views from shared balcony. Shower over bath, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Fibre Internet, Netflix and YouTube Premium included. Heating, electricity, cleaning services and products are additional. Your room receives morning sun, but heavy curtains let you determine when you wake up. The room with built-in cupboards is currently a study, but will be converted to your liking. Single or double bed with or without a desk.

Malvin and I are friendly, caring and introverted. He works night shift and I travel 90% of the time, so you will mostly have the space to yourself. You’ll find lots of plants and foodie paraphernalia here. Living with us will be like calling a boutique hotel home. Respect, sobriety (no smoking or heavy drinking) and communication will make for a harmonious time together.
