The main area is furnished and spacious, with a lounge/dining area downstairs, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. A small patio area leads from the lounge. The complex has good security and entrance via an access gate. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom with bath, WC and shower. Successful applicant requires 1.5 months’ deposit, ID, proof of income and references.
About the roomies
The complex has 2 blocks of flats and 5 duplex apartments. It is secure and extremely professionally run. The rules are well adhered to, especially regarding consideration for other tenants. We have off-street parking.
