About the room
We have 8 comfortable, fully furnished single rooms with own bathroom in our friendly lodge. Water and electricity included, and WiFi can be added for R240 per month.
You’ll enjoy a shared kitchen and lounge, plus access to a swimming pool and braai area.
We provide clean linen once a week and weekly room cleaning.
Personal laundry is not included.
We’re in a peaceful, very safe neighbourhood near Longbeach Mall, Noordhoek, with easy access to:
• Simonstown – 5 km
• Chapman’s Peak – 3 km
• Cape Point – 10 km
Single occupancy only.
About the roomies
We also live on the property but in a separate flat, guests do come and go as we do long term contracts, but if you feel after 1 month you need your own space you free to leave, just need a 2 week notification. Each tenant have his own room and own bathroom, so you will have your own personal space. It is a safe and calm environment for all, we do have the normal house rules to make sure its safe and enjoyable for all of us.
